I am writing this article because I just bought a product called Growth Moisturizer. And I began to wonder if people really believe that a topical product could really grow the hair. The answer is, NO! These are product names that appeal to your emotions.
The truth is, once the hair leaves the scalp, it is on it’s own, so too speak. That is where it needs you to take care of it. I wrote an article some time back about taking care of your hair from the inside out. What grows hair is vitamins, taking care of the scalp helps too. There are products that help exfoliate the scalp to keep from clogging up the follicles. That is what grows hair. Previous articles I have written tell what those vitamins are. Or just buy vitamins that say hair vitamins. Massage the scalp to keep it loose and blood flow, this too helps grow hair.
Now, topical products actually conditions, strengthens and softens the hair to keep it from breaking off. Some of these products bond to the hair or put a protective shield around it to strengthen it. These are things needed to allow the hair strain to grow it’s full length. Kind of like when people twist their hair, because it is not being combed or disturbed it can grow it full length, not that the twist grow the hair, just leaves it alone so it can grow. Also you can finger comb your hair some days, try not to comb it everyday this to helps protect the strain so it can attain length.
I thought I would throw that out there, so that when you buy these products you know exactly what you are buying. Do you need these products, YES. They keep the hair from getting dry and crunchy. So buy your products, but if you really want to grow strong long hair, work from the inside , exfoliant the scalp and give yourself a scalp massage.
Now if there is a medical reason why your hair is coming out, see a doctor, but if you just want to know how to grow your hair, this is the forum for you.
